Today would have been my brother Adarsh’s 38th birthday, his first since passing away earlier this year. I’m still learning how to navigate life without him while holding on to the memories, love, and lessons he left behind.
 
Writing and creating have helped me process life’s challenges since childhood, something Adarsh himself encouraged me to do. Sharing these thoughts publicly isn’t easy, but I hope they help others who are navigating loss feel a little less alone. ❤️
