Social media. Dating apps. Validation on demand. A version of “empowerment” that tells her she’s the prize, he’s lucky to be considered, and her choices come with no consequences.
Attention is the modern drug of choice. It’s cheap, it’s unlimited, and like every drug, it poisons.
Here’s the divide nobody wants to say out loud:
Most men were raised learning how to treat a woman.
A lot of women were raised learning how to be treated.
Sit with that.
20 years coaching. I’ve heard the same story a thousand times. She crosses the line: disrespect, betrayal, infidelity. And somehow his reaction becomes the crime.
It plays out in three acts:
1. Victim mode. Tears. “Stop raising your voice.”
2. “You’re overreacting.” “You’re gaslighting me.”
3. “I don’t feel safe.” “You’re controlling.” “You’re toxic.”
She lights the fire, then blames the smoke.
The psychology is simple. Make the reaction look worse than the action. The conversation shifts from what she did to how you responded. Or worse, to how you caused it.
And the man who leads with his heart instead of his head, the one who can’t walk away, who turns her red flags into his responsibility, ends up apologizing for what was done to him.
That’s not a partner, brother. That’s a parasite.
So get your house in order.
Your purpose was never to fix the broken, tolerate disrespect, or apologize for having standards.
Your purpose is to become the most competent, stoic version of yourself.
The good ones still exist. And they notice.
Not understanding female psychology costs a lot of men everything.

This is one of the most accurate descriptions of the cultural toxins being devoured by North American women. It all started with the “feminist agenda” and it is destroying North American productivity and family values. The men have been holding their own for the past 50 years and the obvious decay of traditional feminist behaviour has reached the point of no return. Leave the country to find a genuine female, do some research and discover that North America is not the place to find a lifelong partner that continues to place her man’s peace, family values and genuine respect in front of the toxic Western model.

I don’t disagree with you, but your statement about statistics on narcissism is incorrect, not even close to accurate. The actual numbers of people who meet clinical criteria for narcissistic personality disorder are: men: 7.1% women: 4.8% data from 2026 . You’re not wrong in what you’re expressing but the issue is more complex. . : There is a deeper issue in modern psychology and psychiatry itself, that shows a considerable favoritism toward the female demeanor, who tend to be more agreeable, forgiving, and less aggressive (all traits that make a population easier to control) pushed by powers that need to be questioned and held accountable. Psychologists and psychiatrists are given a curriculum that they must show they understand to graduate and practice their work.. they’re also nearing a 7-3 female to male ratio and that gap increases every year. These are the problems we should be addressing.
