hi online fam, it’s been a while!

While I know I’ve posted lil bits and pieces this year, it feels like it’s been a good 5+ months since I can remember sharing a lot of details of my life here -

But I’m feeling reconnected the the original intent for this platform, to genuinely share the moments in my life that I would want the people I care about most in my life to know

The same way I pull out my phone at a get-together when I’m reuniting with a longtime friend, family member, or meeting someone new and say “oh my gosh look at how amazing the sky was on this trip, you wouldn’t believe it!!!”

So anyway, to share in that spirit: I went to @joshuatreemusicfestival with a new role on the team of the @psychedelic_institute I officially stepped into during this festival

I’m feeling so lit up to share about the monthly ceremonies, talks, and upcoming courses that I am working with the institute to support, both as a sound healer, educator, and coordinator 😍

This all fell into my lap quite synchronistically and fully guided by the divine back in July, and I’ve felt so wonderfully welcomed in with my gifts. It feels like a dream experience that only in my wildest dreams I could have planned 😂

- so now that I shared some of what I’ve been quietly brewing for 3+ months - I’ll start to share more of what’s been keeping me offline
