#s10 Big Prints, Smooth Workflow! 💪

How does S10 handle a print that’s almost at its 200mm build height limit? 👀

We’ve been putting S10 through some serious testing, and this time, we took on a 199mm-tall model!

From the early prototype to V2, the latest results speak for themselves:
✅ No collisions during the automated workflow.
✅ No IPA dripping into the resin vat during movement.
✅ Smooth transitions between printing and post-processing.

And yep, we caught the whole thing on camera! 🎥

We know taller prints bring extra challenges, especially during automated washing and drying. That’s exactly why we’re putting S10 through these real-world tests.

Check out the video and see how it handles the challenge! 🚀

Aucune confiance dans ce modèle comment gérez les coulures d'une résine un peu épaisse la sèche efficace de l'alcool une goutte dans le bain de résine et la résine est morte etc...

Uniformation is setting the standard again. Would love to be testing one of these for a review video.

I have a question about how this design works. It's unclear how long it takes for the alcohol to dry. If we have very complex parts and a lot of support structures, alcohol particles may remain in the model. After the model is moved over the resin jar, could a drop of uncured alcohol get into the resin itself, thereby triggering the resin fractionation process and causing its destruction? So, how long does your program allow the model to dry after being treated with alcohol?

Is it possible to use another resin or refill the bottles?

Well that's cool. But with such complexity, this printer may be able to store polymer leftovers too.

How to waste enormous amounts of isopropyl 101 by also washing the plate and support instead of removing it first

That is cool. Been waiting for an idea like this. Is there ventilation handling the fumes as well ?
