Comment “walk” to join NO SIT NOVEMBER and “workouts” for your 3 day split! I GOT YOU COVERED!!! And please remember you don’t need to start running to “get serious” about fat loss! Walking is often easier to fit into your day and recover from, especially when you’re already lifting and eating in a calorie deficit. (Which you should be prioritizing!!) BUT REMEMBER if your goal includes getting stronger and building muscle, your step count doesn’t replace strength training!!! You also don’t have to start EVERYTHING tomorrow. Here’s one way to build:
Month 1: Gradually increase your steps toward a manageable goal.
Month 2: Keep walking + add two 30-minute full-body workouts.
Month 3: Add a third workout if your schedule and recovery allow.
Month 4: Start tracking protein to see how much you’re actually eating. You can include protein from day one btw!!! But if tracking overwhelms you you dont have to necessarily put it IN APP until month 4! Start with a 10-minute walk after lunch. Put it in your calendar. Repeat it until it becomes part of your day, then build from there. Comment WALK to join my No Sit November walking challenge!!!! I’ll send you the details + printable PDF, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced options so you can start where you are. @thatgirlwhowalks you go girl!!! LETS GOOOO!!!! #stepchallenge #walkchallenge #walkingchallenge #novemberchallenge #juliexfitcoaching

Can we talk about that Upamecano masterclass? 🤯 🎶 @lamano1.9
Long before the building became a public library, it was home to one of Chicago’s most unusual and talked about drinking spots. Known as the Midget Club, the tavern attracted plenty of attention and became a popular destination for people looking for something different from the city’s traditional nightlife. Now, rare footage offers a fascinating glimpse inside the bar and the atmosphere that once made it so memorable. The footage comes from I Married a Munchkin, a film by Chicago filmmaker Tom Palazzolo. His work documented everyday life and some of the more unusual corners of the city, preserving scenes that might otherwise have disappeared from public memory. This particular footage gives viewers a chance to see the Midget Club as it actually looked while it was still operating. The tavern eventually closed after the city acquired the property and the building was cleared to make way for a public library. The decision became controversial among people who believed the establishment had a place in the neighbourhood and questioned whether another location could have been used for the library instead. Today, the footage serves as a reminder of how quickly familiar places can disappear as cities change and redevelop. Whether the library was worth the loss of the tavern is still an interesting question, especially for those who remember the Midget Club. Would you have saved the bar or supported the library?
