Everyone always told me nobody will ever care about your business the way you do, but they were wrong because Lad does. Not only does he care so damn much about this place but he also cares deeply for these people. Having this level of trust with anyone is an anomaly, we all know that no matter what happens Lads got our back and I can’t imagine a more supportive, passionate, and LOVING individual to have in our corner. I personally don’t know where I’d be without him, he obviously keeps us laughing and having a good time but he also keeps us all in check, a superpower to be able to balance both so perfectly. Everything he does in life he does with his whole chest and his whole heart and for that I am immensely grateful. Nothing makes me happier than seeing you succeed because you absolutely deserve it and literally nobody works as hard as you or as passionately as you do. These past five years have been a dream come true, not without its challenges but overall I’d say we’ve truly nailed it! 💅💅💅💅💅💅💅💅
