The African American Cultural Alliance was proud to be in attendance at the Workforce 2030 Summit, joining community leaders, educators, employers, and changemakers committed to building a stronger workforce in Lancaster County.
From connecting across sectors to sharing ideas and exploring solutions, conversations like these are important as we work toward a work-ready community by 2030.
Building a stronger workforce takes all of us — working together, thinking creatively, and turning conversations into action.
