The napkins in Spanish bars are one of the great mysteries of Spain…
They’re tiny. They’re a little bit waxy. And they don’t actually absorb liquids.😅
But here’s the thing… they do have a purpose 👍🏻
These napkins are for:
• holding a piece of tortilla
• grabbing a slice of jamón
• not getting sticky from a pastry
I would love to have these AND an absorbent towel or napkin. Tapas are my favorite, but they can be messy 🤷🏻♀️🤣
