بفرست براش تا کمتر روغن مصرف کنه

مواد لازم:
بادمجون یک کیلو
کشک ۲۰۰ گرم
پیاز یک عدد
سیر سه حبه
گردو ۱۰۰ گرم
نعنا ۲ قاشق پر
نمک و زردچوبه به میزان لازم
فلفل خیلی کم
روغن به مقدار لازم
آب یک لیوان

نکات:
✅️پیازها رو خلالی خورد می‌کنیم با کمی روغن تفت می‌دیم کمی که طلایی شد بهش نمک و زردچوبه اضافه میکنیم.
✅️سیر له شده رو با کمی روغن و زردچوبه تفت میدیم.
✅️پیاز و سیر رو باهم میتونید تفت بدید.
