“That’s not TRT, bro. That’s a cycle.”

Cool. What are you gonna do, tell my mom?

“Hi, Ryan’s mom. Your son’s testosterone is above the reference range.

He feels too good. He trains hard, thinks clearly, isn’t depressed, and his bloodwork looks perfect. Somebody needs to stop him.”

Let’s be clear about what I’m actually talking about.

Not blasting bodybuilder doses year-round. Not chasing a number for bragging rights.

I’m talking about fixing real symptoms. Getting men into ranges where they feel like men again, and perform at work, in the gym and at home. With labs, monitoring and a plan. We treat the man, not the reference range.

For a lot of guys, that lands somewhere between 1,000 and 2,000 ng/dL.

That only sounds crazy if you’ve been getting bad advice.

Taking a guy from 300 to 600 and calling it a win is why so many men on “TRT” still feel like garbage. Doctors like Dr. Rand McClain and Dr. Keith Nichols have been saying this for years.

Here’s the part nobody wants to hear. When the whole picture is dialed in (sleep, food, training, stress), a man’s body can run high testosterone well.

We’ve taken guys from 500 to well into the thousands and watched their bloodwork improve across the board. Clean heart scans.

So if you can’t pull that off, that’s a you problem. Not a testosterone problem.

And turning this into some weird moral debate is just embarrassing.

A guy got healthier, stronger, sharper and more successful, and you call it cheating?

If that’s cheating, sign me up.

I’m on TRT I have no issue with people taking cycles but if you are taking more than 200/250mg per week then this is not a TRT dose. Regardless of what you say or think doctors will not prescribe TRT above this dose. It’s less about the number you get and more about the dose. That being said, in Australia doctors and online clinics can potentially lose their license if proven they are prescribing doses over 150mg or have people on their books way outside of reference range. I’m on TRT and my total is about 1100 so I do still consider this TRT. If I was taking 200 or more mg per week my numbers would be a lot higher. No hate but there is optics to this particular discussion

You need to remind people that you can take all this stuff and not have to do any of the physical work, that'll come naturally. Just do it to feel better.
