A long dusty slow summer on the road. 🚲 🌿 🌲 🌊 ⛺️

We drove the length of the country down to the south coast of Cornwall. Dusty lanes, long cycles along the cliffs, cold swims in the sea. Met beautiful souls along the way and sat down with the local buisnesses and apothecaries , Thank you @rootspress

The last long ride ended at a friend’s caravan. Thank you @jyotinomad @anatla.soul for the roof, the stove and dreamy landscapes.

A few days’ rest back in London, then off to Medicine Festival. I nearly didn’t go. Left the ego at home and went anyway. Found old friends again @matterwholefoods @ohmyshrooms some deep deep convos with @morganicswellness @sunshinelifeyoga - so Glad I did.

That’s the work, really. Our Herbs carried up and down the country by hand, to people who care where they come from.
