Before he went viral or toured with Chaka Khan, guitarist @jondretto was a Rochester kid playing local stages. 🎸 Last year he stopped by WXXI to chat with @umimhannahhh of @wrur88.5 about his rise, his sound, and the city that shaped him.
That interview just won a New York Emmy® Award! 🏆✨“Viral Guitarist Jon Dretto on His Rise & Sound,” was honored for Interview/Discussion – Short Form Content at the 69th Annual New York Emmy® Awards

In 2015 we saw Jon playing at BB King's in Nashville, Tennessee. We were surprised to see someone from our town playing there and got to meet his entire family who was there as his cheering squad. We knew he would be a huge star! Go Jon!!
