Today we celebrated the retirement of the one who always made us laugh, Susan Hurst. Susan was a vital part of our culinary team for 20 years. You’ve seen her at many holiday brunches and rockin’ the omelet station. Susan really made her mark on what she did behind the scenes for our team. She was a friend to all, always willing to listen, and would make you belly laugh like no one else could. Susan will be missed by us all but it isn’t goodbye, it’s see you later! We wish her all the best as she steps into retirement. Thank you for being our friend!
