It is very sad to see how desensitized people are in this country regardless of how you feel about someone’s background innocent people passed away tragically let’s stop joking about serious stuff and have some empathy for once

What’s your Halloween costume? 🎃 #miami #brickell #florida

every one of these photos was taken this year, normally id just post the first one but I don’t want to always only share the highlights when that’s not what real life looks like all of the time

I’ve dealt with bloating for my entire adult life (and to be honest I’m not surprised with the way that I’ve treated my body over the years this isn’t a “poor me” post) but a couple of months ago I started a gut health protocol with my functional health practitioner, eating low FODMAP and dairy free and since then, the only time I’ve bloated was the first couple of days after starting creatine (which has now completely settled)

for someone who has lived with painful bloating for so long, this feels like a miracle 🥹

btw I won’t be on this diet forever and we’re going to look to start phasing these foods back in at some stage, but I’m excited to see where this gut healing journey takes me because it’s not just about the bloating, it’s the energy levels, the digestion, the ability to build muscle because I’ve also been dealing with a absorption issues... so its been a lot!

please also know I’m just sharing what’s working for me (and this doesn’t replace medical advice). bloating is common but it is not normal, and it is so difficult/impossoble to self-diagnose so if it’s something you’ve been dealing with like I have, I always recommend working with a professional.

if you want to try it with me, my 4 week nutrition and gut reset starts tomorrow worldwide ❤️ I actually created it for myself based on the work I’ve been doing with my practitioner, but so many of you asked how I’ve been eating that I wanted to share it. it’s $35 USD (one-off payment, lifetime access) for the next 24 hours only.

comment REALIGN and I’ll send you the link, or you can find more details in my bio 💛

Coop clearly knows how to handle a knife 🔪
Now costumes, that's hotly contested. Who wore it best? 👀

Happy Halloween! 🎃

A woman in Mombasa has reportedly been charged with grievous bodily harm and wrongful confinement following an alleged altercation with her friend in Jomvu Madukani. According to court proceedings, the incident allegedly involved a physical confrontation, after which the complainant was reportedly confined inside a house for several hours. Other tenants are said to have alerted the village elder, while the complainant later received medical attention. The case is before the court, and the allegations are yet to be proven.
