Damascus International Basketball Tournament | DIBT 🏀
A symbol of the city. A new identity for the game.
At Mpire, we had the privilege of developing the branding, visual identity, and brand applications for the Damascus International Basketball Tournament (DIBT), bringing together the city’s cultural heritage and the energy of international basketball.
Inspired by the iconic Al Marjeh Monument, one of Damascus’s most recognizable landmarks, the logo transforms a historic symbol into a bold, contemporary visual identity that celebrates the spirit of the city.
Beyond the visual identity, we designed and developed the championship trophy, reinterpreting the tournament’s symbolism through a modern, sculptural form that reflects the prestige of the competition and the significance of victory.
