![BigXThaPlug says rap is dying, explaining that hip-hop needs to get back to being fun again in an interview with Shannon Sharpe on Club Shay Shay.
X explained that huge rap collaborations with pop artists, like Snoop Dogg and Katy Perry, are missing from the game today, saying that he feels that thereβs more βcareβ in country music right now. What are your thoughts?
βI been rapping five years, ainβt no way I should be at the topβ¦ thereβs no way somebody who got a TikTok song, should have a No. 1 hip-hop song in the world. And now, theyβre in the same boat as Future, how does that work? [β¦] Theyβre in the same categories as Drakeβ¦β
