Easy dinner idea

Made a one-pan lemon garlic roast chicken with potatoes and carrots for dinner, along with a big pot of my favorite Lebanese lentil soup

For the chicken, I stuffed the cavity with fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley, garlic, lemon, and onion. Then I rubbed the chicken with olive oil, @traegergrills seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh lemon and orange zest. Added potatoes and carrots around it and roasted everything until the chicken was golden, juicy, and cooked through (roast at 375°F for about 1½–2 hours, depending on the size of your chicken, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F).

On the side I made lentil soup which is always on repeat this time of year. It’s cozy, healthy, and packed with protein and fiber.

Comment SOUP and I’ll send you the recipe or copy paste this link:

Seoul evenings have a magic of their own. As the sun slowly disappears behind the city skyline, the streets begin to glow with dazzling lights, the cool breeze whispers softly, and the entire city transforms into a beautiful dream. Every corner tells a different story, every light creates a special feeling, and every moment becomes a memory worth keeping. Sometimes, all you need is a peaceful evening, a beautiful city, and a heart full of happiness. Falling in love with the magical nights of Seoul, one sunset at a time. 🌆✨❤️

the empty house tour… almost three years in the making!!

i asked if you still wanted to see it now that we’ve started moving in and you made that answer VERY clear 😂

instagram fought me on the 15 minute version, so here’s the whole house in just under three minutes!! you’ve seen little pieces of these rooms for years… now you can finally see how it all connects.

take a walk through with us and pick which room you want to see more of first 👀 next we’ll go room by room with what it looked like before, the renovation process, how it looks furnished, and all the paint colors and details you’ve been asking for.

it feels a little surreal to finally be sharing this after everything it took to get here. thank you for being here through it all
