#CardiB says she would never raise her children in a New York City hood, expressing frustration over b#llying, v*olence and x•nophobia among young people.

During a recent livestream, the Bronx-born rapper delivered a message to parents about teaching their children kindness.

“Teach your kids to be fcking kind. Keep your hands to your motherfcking self. Kindness take you a long way, believe it or f*cking not.”

Cardi specifically called out x+nophobia, which refers to pr3judice or hostility toward people from other countries.

“New York City, the schools, the kids are extremely x3noph*bic,” she said.

“Baby, you come from another country, b•tch, oh, b*tch, they gonna pick on your a$$, b*tch, real f*cking bad.”

She continued:

“It’s extremely sad. That’s why I would never raise a kid in a New York City hood.”

Her comments come amid reports surrounding the f*tal sh00ting of a 15-year-old boy in the Bronx.

According to NBC New York, the victim’s father believes b*llying may have played a role in his son’s d3ath. Authorities have not confirmed that connection.

While Cardi did not identify the victim by name in the provided clip, she appeared to reference a recent k*lling involving young people.

“Those kids that k•lled that boy, what the f*ck is wrong with y’all?”

She continued:

“It’s not even the afternoon, b•tch, it’s the morning. It’s before 9:00 AM.”

The rapper questioned how someone could decide to take another person’s life without provocation.

“What makes you wake up in the morning like, ‘Today is the day that I’m just gonna k•ll somebody for no f*cking reason’?”

Cardi also encouraged parents considering raising children in NYC to consider moving elsewhere.

“Move to Pennsylvania, b•tch. Because kids in New York are just so fcking nasty, and they are so fcking x+noph•bic.”

She added that the behavior isn’t limited to any particular race or nationality.

“It’s everybody. Everybody.”

What are your thoughts on Cardi’s comments?
