كيكة دافيه وحنونه ريحتها تملا البيت، تناسب اجواء الخريف و الشتاء ❄️ لذه مو طبيعيه و هشاشة تذوووب بالفم 🤤 من الذ الكيكات الي سويتها وبتضبطينها بخطوات بسيطه ومقادير سهله و متوفرة 💓 كل شي بمعايير الطبخ، و استخدمت الميزان لعيونكم (للي يحبون يستخدمونه و الا مو لازم) 🥰

حشوة القرفة الحلزونية:
كوب سكر بني 120 غرام
ثلاث ارباع اصبع زبدة مذوبه 75 غرام
ملعقة كبيرة قرفة مطحونة
ملعقة كبيرة طحين
ذرة ملح
ذوبي الزبدة على النار و اخلطيهم سوا و خليه على جنب 🤎

الكيكة:
كوب و ثلث طحين (166 غرام)
ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر
ربع ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج صودا
ربع ملعقة صغيرة ملح.
اخلطيهم سوا و خليهم على جنب..
.
اصبع زبدة (113 غرام) بدرجة حرارة الغرفة
نص كوب سكر ابيض
بيضتين بدرجة حرارة الغرفة
ملعقة كبيرة فانيليا سائلة
نص كوب كريمه حامضه (ساور كريم) او زبادي يوناني بدرجة حرارة الغرفة.
2 ملعقة كبيرة حليب 🥛

الطريقة:
شغلي الفرن على 175 درجة مئوية (350 فهرنهايت).. جهزي صينيه مقاس 8 * 8 انش (ضروري الصينيه تكون صغيره بنفس هالمقاس) غلفيها بورق زبده..
في وعاء اخفقي الزبدة و السكر لحد ما يتجانسون يعني ٣ دقايق.. خففي سرعة الخفق و اضيفي البيض بالتدريج ثم الفانيلا.. اضيفي الساور كريم واخلطيهم.. لا تخلطين كثير الخليط بيصير كانه مكتل عادي بعد شوي يضبط.. الان أضيفي المقادير الجافه بالتدريج وحركي شوي شوي، اضيفي الحليب نتفه (بس ملعقتين).. ثم حطي الخليط كامل بالصينيه..
جيبي حشوة القرفة و حطيها بالملعقة متباعدات زي الفديو ثم سوي الحلزونات بالسكينه اسهل واسرع.. واستمتعي و انتي تسوين الدوائر مرررة ممتعه 😂😇

اخبزيها في الفرن من ٣٥ الى ٤٠ دقيقه ثم تاكدي انها استوت بغرس عود شواء خشبي.. ثم طلعيها تبرد.. بعد ١٠ دقايق طلعيها من القالب، بس ارفعيها من الاطراف بورق الزبدة و حطيها و خلي احد يساعدك لا تخرب عليك🫣

زينيها بقليز الفانيلا (خطوه اختياريه)
كوب سكر بودرة
ملعقتين الى ثلاث ملاعق حليب بارد
شوي فانيلا
وحركيه و صبيه على الكيكة وهي دافيه..
.
قطعيها و قدميها، لذااااذة و طراوه و ريحة البيت سعادة.. و بالعافية💓
