Something extra special is brewing at the Soul Peak Sunday Tea Lounge this week 🍵
Our Arctic Pastry Fairy has baked a chef's special just for tomorrow: white chocolate chip matcha cookies. Perfectly gooey and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. There are only 25, so it's first come, first served.
Each cookie will be served on handmade plates, crafted for Soul Peak pastries by Kristina of @the_pinkbench 🤍 We’re so grateful to be able to share her work with you. Pair your cookie with a bowl of hand-whisked matcha or hojicha, a match made for slow Sunday afternoons.
Alongside the cookies, we’ll have a limited number of hojicha and matcha roll cake slices.
