If the same problem keeps showing up in your life, pay attention. It’s not because you’re broken. It’s because there’s a pattern you haven’t interrupted yet. The next time you feel yourself falling into the same reaction, the same habit, the same excuse, or the same choice... Pause. And choose differently. One different decision can be the beginning of an entirely different pattern ❤️
🖤🔮 THE LAST WITCH | C.J. COOKE 🔮🖤 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS Some stories deserve to be told. Some women deserve to be remembered. What better way to spend Halloween than completely immersed in a story of witch trials, persecution and the women caught in the shadows of history? Set in Innsbruck in 1485, The Last Witch is a fictional retelling inspired by the real-life story of Helena Scheuberin, and what an extraordinary read it is. I’ve always been fascinated by the history of witch trials, but there is something particularly powerful about reading a story that gives a voice to a woman who actually lived through such a terrifying period. C.J. Cooke’s writing is absolutely brilliant. Atmospheric, compelling and beautifully crafted, this was one of those books I simply didn’t want to put down. I was completely absorbed from beginning to end. But what struck me most wasn’t simply the injustice of what happened in 1485. It was how uncomfortably familiar some of those attitudes towards women still feel today. Women being dismissed, disbelieved, silenced and punished for daring to challenge expectations. More than 500 years may separate us from Helena Scheuberin, yet misogyny hasn’t disappeared. That realisation left me angry, and perhaps that’s exactly why stories like this matter so much. We need to remember these women, their courage and the injustices they faced. Their stories should never be forgotten. I love books that entertain me, but I especially love books that make me think, question and feel something long after I’ve turned the final page. This wasn’t just a brilliant piece of historical fiction. It was an important, thought-provoking and utterly captivating read. Five very well-deserved stars. 🖤 Have you read The Last Witch? Are you as fascinated by the history of witch trials as I am? #TheLastWitch #CJCooke #HistoricalFiction #WitchTrials #BookstagramUK

You can now create Vox-style animations without touching a single keyframe 🗞️ Claude built every one of these scenes inside DaVinci Resolve. One Fusion comp per scene, every paper piece a real node, so you can still change anything afterwards. How: 1. Connect DaVinci Resolve to Claude (the connector needs Resolve Studio; on the free version Claude writes the comp and you import it, the guide shows both) 2. Give it my Vox style guide and one style picture 3. Give it any topic It's not one click. You're still the director. Comment VOX and I'll send you the full guide 😊 #davinciresolve #claudeai #motiondesign #explainer #fusion
