36 laps around the sun ☀️ 10/17. Today I am filled with so much gratitude and release. I woke up to the beautiful sunrise in the countryside of Portugal. Did pilates while the sun was rising, went on a hike, journaled, meditated, and did breath work. I’m on this journey to find what my peace looks like, and just waking up in this magical place has already shown me that beauty can be anywhere and just surrounding myself with amazing energy as much as I can! My heart is full 🫶🏿. Thank you to all the people who took the time to wish me a happy birthday and share in my special moment. Happy Birthday to Me!!!!! 💕
