Hi, Iโ€™m Dr. Amir Karam! I thought Iโ€™d take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about what I do and why I do it. Iโ€™m a facial plastic surgeon based in San Diego, California, and Iโ€™ve spent over 20 years specializing in facial rejuvenation. Iโ€™ve performed thousands of facelifts and developed my signature Vertical Restoreยฎ technique, a comprehensive approach designed to restore youthful facial shape by lifting the brow, midface, jawline, and neck. Throughout my career, one thing Iโ€™ve always emphasized is that facial aging happens in two dimensions: skin quality and facial shape. Addressing both is essential to achieving natural, lasting rejuvenation. That philosophy also led me to create @karammdskin and the Trifecta, a simple, comprehensive skincare routine built around proven active ingredients. My goal was to take the guesswork out of skincare and make it easier for people to achieve healthier, more youthful-looking skin through consistency. Outside of the operating room, Iโ€™m a husband and proud dad to four boys. I love spending time outdoors, staying active, prioritizing my health, and watching football (Go Ravens, Michigan, and TCU!). One of my favorite parts of what I do is sharing what Iโ€™ve learned over the years, whether itโ€™s facial rejuvenation, skincare, or the everyday habits that can make a meaningful difference in how we look and feel as we age. Iโ€™m grateful to have you here. My hope is that this page gives you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about your own aging journey. Iโ€™d love to know a little about you, too. Where are you following from? comment any questions below and I will try to make videos for as many as possible
One time I asked my friends mom why she always remembered me on holidays for dinner party invites, presents that were clearly so picked out for me and she said, because you gotta be the magic that you wanna see in the world and 20 years later I still think of that โœจโค๏ธ
