I don't commute. I work at my own pace, on my own schedule. Most days, I genuinely love it.

But here's the part nobody posts about: it's quiet. Some weeks the only voices I hear are on calls. The one real struggle isn't the work — it's what the isolation does to my head.

Still wouldn't trade it. Just being honest about the trade-off.
