One of my favorite and most memorable finds of the year, the Bornean blue coral snake (Calliophis bivirgatus tetrataenia).

Been reminiscing a lot about Borneo lately, wasn’t expecting the jungle nostalgia to hit me but it did. Unfortunately no traveling for me this winter but I’ll be sure to make my way back out to SE Asia soon. What marked me the most is the feeling of being on another planet, everything was different from what I’m used to, a crazy feeling I hope to experience again in my future travels🔥

Update: 17-yr-Old Girl Pushed from Two-Storey Building by Aunt’s Boyfriend for Rejecting His S+xual Advances, d+es after 2 days in coma The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the de@th of 17-year-old Chiamaka Chukwuokore, who was pushed from a two-storey building by her aunt’s boyfriend, 26-year-old Ifeanyi Chukwu Joseph. The incident reportedly occurred on November 1, 2026, along Mbonu Ejike Street, Ikeneagbu, Owerri, Imo State. According to a statement by the police command, the teenager sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical attention. However, she d+ed on the evening of November 3 while receiving treatment. The police disclosed that the suspect remains in custody as investigations continue to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident and ensure that justice is served. The Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Audu Garba Bosso, psc(+), commiserated with the deceased’s family and assured members of the public that a thorough investigation was ongoing.
