You’ll definitely get invited to the thanksgiving with this mac and cheese recipe 😏🥵🔥🧀

Ingredients:

* (1 box) Cavatappi noodles
* 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
* 1 lb mozzarella cheese
* 1 lb Colby Jack cheese
* 1 package Butterkäse cheese
* 1 stick unsalted butter
* 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 1 tbsp paprika
* 1 tbsp garlic salt
* Black pepper and salt, to taste
* 1 tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon powder
* ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
* 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
* 1 pint (2 cups) heavy cream
* 1 cup whole milk

Instructions:

1. Cook your pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, melt your butter and add your seasonings. Let the spices bloom in the butter to release their flavors.
3. Add your flour and whisk everything together to create a roux. Cook down the flour for 1–2 minutes to remove the raw flour taste.
4. Slowly pour in your evaporated milk and heavy cream, whisking continuously until smooth.
5. Add your whipped cream cheese and stir until fully incorporated.
6. Gradually add ⅔ of your shredded cheese, stirring over low heat until melted. Add your whole milk as needed to loosen the sauce.
7. Always taste test and adjust your seasonings as needed!
8. Once your cheese sauce is thick, silky, and smooth, fold in your cooked noodles and mix until evenly coated.
9. Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with the remaining ⅓ of your shredded cheese.
10. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then broil for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
