Black belt, Adult, middle weight bronze medalist at European Championships. This is my first major comp and to medal in a division as stacked as this, is something I’m really proud of. Happy to be sharing the mats with such high level competitors. Thank you too everybody that has supported us (especially our sponsors) we wouldn’t be here without you. @shan.fades @core.cuisine @_thegrapplingsociety @phoenixfitness_kendal @eddykaye346 @ckayebjj #ibjjf #bjj #nogi #euros #blackbelt

If there are two things this journey has taught me deeply, they are HUMILITY & KINDNESS. The hard work, the growth, and the rewards have only made me hungrier to keep evolving, while staying grounded. Grateful to @icnindia for this incredible platform, and my coach @dipankar.mazumder for taking me to heights I once only dreamt of. And my biggest pillar, my husband @grit.before_glory , who has believed in me even on days I doubted myself. ❤️ A special thanks to @jayacharyaofficial for relentlessly raising the bar for natural bodybuilding in India. What inspires me most is seeing more women step onto this stage, challenging stereotypes, breaking barriers, and making the competition tougher with every passing year. Because behind every woman standing on that stage is a story of battles fought, fears conquered, and limits shattered. And being surrounded by such women is a victory in itself. The more we rise, the more we inspire each other to rise.
