Strong women of cali

This year I took on the privilege of coaching calisthenics classes, never thought I would teach classes but turns out I quite enjoy it. What has blown me away is how inspired I’ve been by seeing so many strong women, all levels stepping forward to master their own bodyweight and beyond and chasing incredible levels of strength. They have truly been unstoppable and are possibly the hardest grafters out there.
Above all, the community that has been created, the culture, support and encouragement for each other is just beautiful. Nothing matches women supporting women. Vibes are also top notch ;)

This has all reminded me of how honoured I am to have shared the bar with some unbelievably strong ladies.

Unbeaten moment has to be pulling with all the women at the PnP + Nike event last year. The moment perhaps everyone realised that the times are changing and that women are f***ing strong and more than deserve to take up space.
