16 days agoI think the only thing that would be an added bonus is someone being aware of queue and how that can affect an ambulatory disabled person. I go to several book signings a year and unfortunately there have been authors I have had to miss because queues were far too long and I wasn't able to stand and wait for long periods of time.
17 days agoThese are fantastic adjustments and it shows how much you care about the community. I would just like to know (I can't tell if I've missed it or not): is there going to be any sort of quiet area to decompress? Is there going to be plenty of seating? Because I'm ambulatory but I can't walk for very long periods, I need to. Standing in a queue is really painful for me so queueing for a long time will wipe me out
17 days agoThis is incredible 😍👏 well done to you for thinking this deeply into needs. The community needs accessibility like this at events which you don’t see at many events
