Un super week-end de terminé chez les copains du plateau.
Les chiens nous ont régalés. De jolis rapprochés et des menées très sonores.
Merci encore à vous pour votre accueil et ces parties de rigolade.

When “IN-N-OUT” ISN’T ALWAYS AN OPTION. 🚗🔫”
Real-world threats don’t come with a warning. Sometimes you’re trapped, driving away isn’t an option, and you have seconds to react.
Training with @alpha_female_tactical at the @cakes.concealed Retreat reminded me why situational awareness, decision-making, and consistent training matter.
Pretty girls train for real-world situations, too. 💅🏼 #concealedcarrylife #concealedcarryunited #concealedcarry #concealedcarrywoman #explorepage✨

McKenna Grace says she currently has no plans to film nude scenes or take on highly sexualized roles, explaining that while she respects actors who do, it’s a personal boundary she isn’t comfortable crossing. #MckennaGrace #TheHungerGames

Some moments in life you know you’ll remember forever, but then there are moments that you know have changed you forever. This was one of them. 🥹❤️

I still don’t have the words to describe what it felt like to watch my beautiful little nephew Henry, take his first breath and come into this world. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that feeling.

I’m so bloody proud of you sissy. Watching your strength, your determination and then seeing you hold your baby boy for the very first time. I wish you could have seen yourself through my eyes. You were absolutely incredible 😭😭😭😭

And Richard, you were AMAZING and you are bloody amazing darls. The way you showed up for my sister throughout it all. I also think we made such a great little team, and I genuinely couldn’t have picked a better human to be by her side, not just for that moment, but for this next chapter of raising your beautiful little man together.

Henry, you have absolutely no idea how lucky you are to have these two as your mum and dad. And of course me as your Mumty.

What a privilege to witness the beginning of your little life and watch my sister become a Mum. My heart is so full. I’ll carry this one with me forever ❤️ @dannig05 @rjbrougham

Being obsessed with your goals in Bodybuilding isn’t the problem. Living without purpose is.

Bodybuilding taught me that greatness isn’t built on motivation. It’s built through discipline, sacrifice, and showing up when nobody is watching.

You don’t need everyone to understand your dream. You just need the courage to keep chasing it and never stop when it gets hard.
Its about the pressure that creates the Diamond. Not the dirt.
