أطلقت #الوطنية_للتمويل برنامج «ارتقاء» لتطوير القيادات النسائية، بالتزامن مع يوم المرأة العُمانية. ويهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز القدرات القيادية، ورعاية المواهب، وتمكين المرأة لتولي مسؤوليات إدارية أكبر.

يتضمن البرنامج 6 وحدات تعليمية، تخوض خلالها 15 موظفة في الدفعة الأولى تجربة تعليمية وعملية تركّز على بناء الثقة القيادية، وتعزيز مهارات اتخاذ القرار، وتطوير المهارات اللازمة للقيادة الفعّالة والمؤثرة.

ومن خلال برنامج «ارتقاء»، تؤكد الوطنية للتمويل التزامها بتعزيز بيئة عمل شاملة تتيح استثمار المواهب، وصقل القدرات، وتمكين القيادات النسائية الواعدة من رسم ملامح المستقبل.

National Finance launched Irtiqaa, its Women’s Leadership Development Program, in conjunction with Omani Women’s Day. The program is designed to strengthen leadership capabilities, nurture talent and empower women to take on greater responsibilities.

The program comprises six learning modules. Its inaugural cohort of 15 female employees will take part in a practical learning experience focused on building leadership confidence, strengthening decision-making skills and developing the capabilities needed for effective and influential leadership.

Through Irtiqaa, National Finance reaffirms its commitment to an inclusive workplace where talent can thrive, potential is nurtured and future women leaders are empowered to shape tomorrow.
