Follow @gamblinginclips for more memes 😂 Interesting fact: ⬇️ Kvarteret Skatan is a Swedish black comedy series that aired on SVT between 2003 and 2006. The show depicts the lives of oddball characters residing in a fictional block called Skatan (the magpie) within an unnamed, wintry suburb of Stockholm. The narrative is structured around short, standalone sketches featuring recurring personalities such as the office workers Paul and Tord, the sexually aggressive Horny Gun, the mysterious Gert, and the fundamentalist couple Conny and Britt. The series is renowned for its dark humor and distinctive dialects, with most characters speaking different regional Swedish accents, except for Johan Glans’ characters who speak Scania dialect. Created and performed by comedians David Batra, Anna Blomberg, Johan Glans, Rachel Mohlin, Vanna Rosenberg, and Mikael Syrén, the show later expanded into dinner theater and a feature film, Kvarteret Skatan reser till Laholm, released in 2012.
