Today is the last day that the Lufthansa Airbus a340-600 makes a commercial flight, completing the retirement of the last aircraft of its type to fly in a mainstream airline. Most people will never see one in the air again after today, so this post is dedicated to the Lufthansa A340-600, with some photos I took when it was still flying to Chicago.
