Hill Country Downhill race was @spidermountaintx this past weekend. New course was rowdy steep and loooooose! The crew did a ton of work in a short period of time ๐Ÿ‘. @sam.d.stevenson with Wired Gravity had a live YouTube stream up with split times on screen. Super rad!

The Pro Women were ripping, and super encouraging ๐Ÿซถ I leveled up on my confidence a bit in some spots, and I know right where I need some more. Always learning ๐Ÿ˜‰

Anyways, I had a punk rock song in queue for this short clip. I decided not to run it. I thought Iโ€™d keep the original audioโ€ฆ. The audio is why I ride mountain bikesโ€ฆ

Vroeger had ik altijd haar op mโ€™n kont, gelukkig groeit mijn haar gewoon ontzettend goed. Goede haren, goede genen! So, here's to long hair again! ๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธโœจ

Growing up, watching my mother manage diabetes taught me that itโ€™s never just one thing. โค๏ธ Itโ€™s about understanding the bigger picture nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and the small, consistent choices we make every day. Thatโ€™s why I believe managing diabetes is about more than restriction. Itโ€™s about making informed choices and building sustainable habits. With Horlicks Diabetes Plus, nutrition becomes one part of that larger approach, alongside a balanced diet and an active lifestyle. Because managing diabetes is about managing the whole picture. โœจ #Ad #managesugarfromday1 #DiabetesFriendly t #BloodSugarManagement #HorlicksDiabetesPlus
