In this class you will be able to experiment with shapes and colors on pottery. Everyone will receive one large hand thrown porcelain bowl to paint! You will learn how to use underglaze, which is clay mixed with colorful pigments. It can be watered down and used much like watercolor. Or it can be thicker and behave more like painting with acrylic. It is easy to wipe off and start over which makes it perfect for beginners as well as advanced artists! It will be fired for you after class to pick up a few days later. Come explore your creative side and leave with a functional item you will be able to use in your own kitchen for years to come!
