🐚 Saturday Slowdown: Sound Bath & Cacao
A shell is a home.
A small, protective world. A spiral turning quietly inwards.
I love the idea that we, too, have somewhere within ourselves to return to. Somewhere beneath the noise, the doing, and all the layers of who we've learned to be.
Saturday Slowdown is an invitation to explore that return…
Through the warmth of ceremonial cacao and beautiful, soothing sounds that help carry us into rest, even when slowing down doesn't come naturally.
A little journey inward, and perhaps a reminder that we are already home.
