A weekend of music and inspiration!

Last weekend, the Residentie Orkest took audiences on a musical journey through works by Calliope Tsoupaki, Mahler and Dvořák, conducted by Antony Hermus. Mezzo-soprano Barbara Kozelj brought Mahler’s intimate ‘Rückert Lieder’ to life, while Dvořák’s vibrant ‘Fifth Symphony’ provided a joyful finale.

The weekend also featured music by Calliope Tsoupaki as part of Festival Dag in de Branding. During RO NOW: Dvořák 5, poet Sholeh Rezazadeh added another artistic dimension with a poetic performance inspired by Mahler’s Rückert Lieder.

A weekend to remember!
