I just realized I have so many unposted tips from my trip Central Asia in June. And this photo was taken in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, at a restaurant which is a real hidden gem! It’s called Ayvan, located at the Lyabi House Hotel.

The hotel is a restored 19th-century merchant’s residence, and its restaurant has an ornate courtyard, carved plasterwork, wooden doors, and terrace seating. You would never find this place while just strolling around, you have to know about it. If you go to Bukhara, it’s a must!
