13 years in this sport. And I finally get to hold this. 🏆
I’m so used to looking at photos of myself and finding something that needs improving.

Looking at these, I want to give myself a moment before I start doing that again.

I remember how badly I wanted to be in this position. The shows I left disappointed. Going home, questioning myself, then deciding to try again without knowing how it would end.

Yesterday, I finally earned my IFBB Pro card.

And today, I want to let myself be happy about it.

Celebrate with my wife. Read your messages. Thank the people who believed in me through the preparations that didn’t end like this.

I’m still figuring out what comes next. There are questions I was asking myself before this show that I don’t have all the answers to yet.

But I don’t need to figure everything out today.

Today, I’m proud of myself. And grateful I get to share this moment with my wife @paulina.smag 🥂

Just home from a trip I honestly couldn’t even have dreamed of. When I sold my homebred Dali earlier in the year to Prince Moulay Hicham of Morocco, I was immediately told that I was welcome to visit him at any time. This weekend we took the prince up on his offer and it was such a joy to not only see Dali again but to feel so welcomed and part of the family. It was a true trip of a lifetime and something I doubt I will experience again.
Thank you @hichamalaoui1964 and @lyazidiamin for taking such amazing care of my darling Dali and for allowing me to have another spin on him.
I took lots of clips from our trip so I’m going to try and put them together into a video. There’s so much to show from our first visit to Morocco ☺️

New beginnings ❤️🤍
