Zoloft isn’t even a controlled substance so Idek why he cares how much you have 🤷🏽♂️ I take prozac for depression, anxiety and OCD. 40 mgs. Without it, ohhhhh boy. Oh boy. Not good.

I have been in it like 10+ years. On 250 for high-intake OCD. No real side effects for me, so I am good!

“Supratherapeutic” dosing (eg 200-400 mg range of sertraline) is at times used for OCD or certain anxiety disorders.

Isn’t that how psychiatry works? Or used to work? Pharmaceuticals give kick backs to doctors to prescribe them

I used to be on a very high dose of Zoloft. Apparently, it loses its effect on depression and anxiety at 200mg but you can go up past that to treat OCD 🤷🏽♀️
