Amrita Arora has opened up about her 14 kg weight-loss journey and addressed speculation around Ozempic and Mounjaro. The actress revealed that she lost 14 kg over the past few months and took the transformation as a personal challenge. Speaking about her journey, Amrita said, “It was about the emotional and physical journey I have been through to reach a place where I am just so happy to be in. I have got myself back to what and where I want to be.” She also admitted that she was the “worst version” of herself for the past two to three years. Addressing the online speculation, Amrita said she had always been petite throughout her career, even after having two kids, and that it was only in 2023 that she “fell off the rails.” Unfazed by the comments and assumptions surrounding her transformation, the actress made it clear that she doesn't let online chatter affect her. ✨👏
GINGERBREAD & WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES Backed my science, me and (theoretically) @kathryn.lturner (because these are a gorgeous @marksandspencerfood dupe) these chewy gingerbread cookies are the perfect autumn bake! They’re made with nutty brown butter, warm ground ginger, @lylesgoldensyrup black treacle, crystallised ginger (in place of toffee, because I need my ginger cookies to be GINGERY) and pools of melted white chocolate!!
