Ohhh, oh no. First of all, as a white man, please do not lump me in with those absolute creeps. Secondly, the Rockefellers and Carnegie’s may have funded societies and built libraries, but that was only so they could change peoples perception of information. Look up the Flexner report, it was funded by JD Rockefeller before he founded the countries first medical schools and the national Cancer Society. He also made sure to discredit all forms of homeopathic medicine, anything he could not slap a patent on was deemed quackery, and that’s how we transitioned to petroleum-based pharmaceuticals instead of herbs and homeopathy. Yes, the tech pros are extremely evil, but they’re just following in the footsteps of the original rubber barons. Rockefeller also famously said, before he founded the general education board, which would evolve into the modern department of education, “ I don’t want a nation of thinkers, I want a nation of obedient workers.”
