Even though this project was at a very early stage, I’m so happy to have been a part of it. It gave me so many beautiful experiences, new learnings, new people and memories that I’ll cherish forever.

Every time I visited Gobisettypalayam , I fell in love with the place, its nature and, most importantly, its people. The warmth and affection they showed me made me feel like I was one of their own — a daughter, a sister or a friend. That feeling was truly special.

And this video is one such beautiful memory from our shoot at a local tea shop.

I was watching a thatha prepare bondas so beautifully, with so many people coming to buy them. Out of curiosity, I asked him, “thatha, can I help you?” And he happily said yes!

And guess what? That was the first time I ever made bondas in my life. I’ve never even made them at home! I’m sure my mom will be so happy watching this.

What made it even more special was the conversation we shared. He spoke about his life, his journey and how he started. I absolutely loved the way he enjoyed his work.

Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments and the people we meet along the way that make an experience unforgettable.

And this project gave me so many such moments. Truly, a beautiful experience I’ll always cherish! ❤️

Before reacting to the Agnipath revision, understand the numbers.

Earlier: out of 100 Agniveers, 25 entered regular service after four years and 75 exited with Seva Nidhi.

Now, the first 25 still enter on merit. The remaining 75 get an additional two-year engagement.

Simple illustration:

100 Agniveers
→ 25 enter regular service after Year 4
→ 10 choose Seva Nidhi
→ 65 continue for two more years
→ If 60 meet the criteria at Year 6, then 25 + 60 = 85 can move into regular service.

It is not an automatic 85% guarantee. Merit, performance, medical fitness and prescribed standards will still apply.

The key change: Agniveers now get a second performance-based pathway—not simply an exit after four years.
