Bathrooms can be a beautiful sanctuary… or a hidden source of moisture. There’s so much more I could add in this category, but these four are an easy place to start.

My bathtub is the MTI Engineered Solid Stone® tub. I chose it because it’s non-porous and truly low-VOC

ERV vs exhaust system? Some say that if you have ERV an exhaust fan in bathroom isn't necessary. (In a passivhaus design with less than 1.0 air exchange /hour)

Some people say put the exhaust fan outside the shower and this says inside. Is there a time when outside the shower versus inside should be used?
