Baking was a release for my brain when I was younger.
I grew up in a home with an abundance of tumultuity, so baking was a safe space and safe activity for me as an only child.
I have been able to make a joy FILLED business out of baking. I view this entire thing *hand swirls above head* that is Redbatch Bakery - as a gift from God.
Funnily enough though, sometimes I still just...need to bake.
"Need"... like when I was younger.
There is...a lot... of unrest happening right now with *a lot* of people I care deeply about in the vendor community.
God is going to open and close appropriate doors, of that I am certain, and I need not worry. But. I do need to bake.
So with that. Sourdough S'more Brownies are happening at 8pm because, yeah.
And a glass of Prosecco, because YA.
