16. oktoobril kogunesime peahoones avaseminarile „Kuidas luua edukat mentorsuhet?“. Programm kestab veebruarini.
Our mentoring programme is back for the 10th time 🎉
We kicked it off on 16 October in the University main building with the seminar “How to build a successful mentoring relationship?”. The programme runs until February.

I think a successful mentoring relationship should begin with identifying what the student actually needs help with. For example, if a student struggles with academic writing, setting a specific goal for improving their argument structure would make mentoring sessions more productive.
