NOT EVERYONE IS TRAINING FOR THE SAME REASON. πŸ§ πŸ’― πŸ’ͺ Some people train for abs. πŸ”₯ Some train for attention. β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή Others train because they’re fighting battles you know NOTHING about. πŸ‘€ You see someone in the gym every day and think they look the same. What you DON’T see is: ❀️ Their blood pressure improving. 🧠 Their mental health getting better. πŸ“ˆ Their confidence coming back. πŸ’ͺ Their strength and mobility improving. πŸ™ Them finally taking control of their life. NOT EVERY TRANSFORMATION IS VISIBLE IN THE MIRROR. πŸͺžπŸ’― As a coach, I don’t just care about how my clients LOOK. πŸ‘€ I care about how they MOVE. πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ How they FEEL. ❀️ And how they LIVE. πŸ™ Because looking good means very little if you don’t feel good. πŸ’― 🚫 Stop judging people’s progress based on what YOU think progress should look like. Different battles. Different goals. Same respect. 🀝❀️ And remember, the only person you need to prove anything to is the person staring back at you in the mirror. πŸͺžπŸ”₯ πŸ“Œ SAVE THIS REMINDER & SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO NEEDS IT. ❀️
