KEEP OUR CURRENCY GOING, GROWING & FLOWING…
•••So it’s been going around socials the last few weeks about the surcharge that small businesses now have to cop it instead of the Banks… on top of everything else, it fucking sucks for the small businesses shop owners with all the extra overheads, my heart truly goes out to you, as if trying to survive owning/running a shop front isn’t hard enough…

•••I personally didn’t surcharge before, silly me yup but I did factor all expenses into my prices, if anyone kindly paid CASH a little friendly/loving discount would always be on offer, most of the time it was declined as they said my handcrafted creative pieces were more than worth the price!

•••I’ve been a coin collector from a young age, over the years I’ve been kindly gifted, passed down from family & friends from all over the world…

•••Back in 2011 when I was first learning the basics of silversmithing I’d walk past the coin man in little Mallop st in Geelong, I’d stop and buy a few special pieces waiting to someday make coin jewellery it was something I really wanted to create for myself & others & just keep the beauty of currency going/being loved, over the years I’ve always loved the thought of what each individual coin/note was used for to purchase, may it be the simple everyday necessities or used to buy a loved one something special, the list is endless…

•••I’ll always have love to keep using & sharing cash, it’s always going to be around no matter how hard it’s tried to be erased & I’ll forever continue to create beautiful wearable Cha-Ching bling as long as I possibly can!

•••So please to help all small business use CASH or if you need to use your card ask if PayID is available… fuck the banks keep it in the pockets of the little people who work so hard & tirelessly to keep their jobs, businesses going!
