Mungkin perubahan nggak selalu terasa ketika sedang terjadi.

Kadang, kita baru menyadarinya ketika melihat ke belakang.

Sesuatu yang dulu begitu mengganggu…
ternyata sekarang sudah nggak lagi.

Mungkin, tanpa kita sadari, kita sudah berubah.

Rafaelo korpice sa malinama

Osnovna smesa
300 ml slatke pavlake
70 g putera
200 g bele čokolade
200g kokosa
kokos za oblaganje

Voćni fil
200 g malina
50 ml vode
1 kašičica gustina
4 merice wellbe kolagena

Preliv
150 g bele čokolade
3 kašike ulja

Priprema

Osnovna smesa

5 health ‘hacks’ I don’t believe in or truely just think are overrated ➡️

If you need a ring or number to tell you slept badly, you’re not optimising… You’ve just outsourced the one sensor you were born with. Use the data to learn, not to decide how you feel.

Gentle movement has its place.
But your body still needs to be able to jump, sprint, lift and land, otherwise it slowly forgets how to.

If your bedtime routine has 11 steps, it’s actually just keeping you up. A dark room, that’s nice and cool and aim for bed at the same time each night 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ice baths, massage guns and compression boots are nice but sleep is free. If your sleep sucks, just start there. It’s the most important tool for recovery.

Sunlight, lemon water, journaling, breathwork… by the time you finish, the day’s over 😂
Pick one & start your day!

Roshni, khushiyaan aur dher saari masti😂

After five years under occupation, told they were russian and Ukraine was the enemy, most buses leaving Oleshky still went to Ukraine

Forget russia’s fake ‘referendums’. Look where people chose to go. That’s how people in occupied territories actually feel
