G’day Matt. Great review from last night’s show. I too was a big fan of the first record and Kevin’s evolution kind of passed me by. As a 49 year old dad, my TikTok generation teenagers had a spare ticket and I tagged along and had one of the best nights of my life.

🚨 7 MONTREAL POLICE OFFICERS FIRED FOLLOWING SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS, INCLUDING RACISM! Montreal’s police department (SPVM) has dismissed seven officers following months of serious allegations involving racism, discrimination, and misconduct. According to Le Journal de Montréal, five officers were stationed at PDQ 39 in Montréal-Nord, while two others worked at PDQ 21 in downtown Montreal. The controversy began earlier this year when allegations surfaced that certain officers had targeted Black and Arab residents, made racist remarks, and even allegedly cut pieces of people’s dreadlocks to keep as trophies. Other troubling allegations involving SPVM officers included the reported deletion of video evidence in a domestic violence case and an incident in which an officer allegedly urinated on a person experiencing homelessness. SPVM Chief Fady Dagher has promised transparency and accountability as investigations continue.
